Weโre a pair of goofballs who really care about people. We build a life out of experiences and each other, not stuff. We say what needs saying and assume the other means well. We make sure the other always knows how appreciated they are. We bring the same openness, honesty, and care to the chosen family we build around us that we bring to each other. We back each otherโs callings. And we intend to reach 65 free, still traveling, still all over each other, with no regrets.
Party Level & XP come from everything you actually do here: 10 XP per checkpoint cleared, 50 per quest completed (100 for a boss), 100 per monthly review logged, 5 per gratitude brick, 25 per loot claimed, 15 per skill node, 4 per beast defeated, 3 per cheer, 30 per trip marked Been There, and 6 per day of the daily-prompt streak. Each level needs more than the last (level 2 at 100 XP, level 3 at 400, level 5 at 1,600).
Hull (HP) starts at five hearts. A heart goes dark for every rhythm thatโs been skipped twice, and one more if there are three or more signals nobody has tapped Received on. Fix the thing and the heart comes back.
Party Status: Heart-Eyes Reactor is decorative (it is always nominal). Active Quests shows how many are open and the bar is the share completed. This Week is the shared list, done vs. open, plus a warning if a rhythm is slipping. Cuddle Reserves fills with your cuddle streak.
Signals are messages, not scores. A debuff says what state Iโm in; a buff is something Iโm giving. They glow here until the other person taps Received, and the tab shows a badge while one is waiting. Nothing about signals is counted against anyone.
Achievements unlock automatically from the same data, and some are secret until earned. The Bridge badge (!) means a signal is waiting.
Nothing on the calendar for the next 7 days.
Latest things either of you added or finished anywhere in the realm. Glowing ones are new since you last looked.
One line each. Saves as you type. A new prompt every day; streaks feed XP.
Debuffs say what state Iโm in. Buffs are something Iโm giving. Each one glows on the Bridge until the other taps Received.

Plan the weekโs food, keep the recipe book, and turn it all into a grocery list you can send straight to a Walmart cart. Dinner here is the same dinner the Almanac shows.
Type a dinner or pick one from the recipe book; it saves as you type. Plan in rounds: your off Fridays are worked out automatically, work one round at a time, and skip any day youโre not ready to plan. Each meal can be Together or Separate: set the default on the Default line, or flip a single day. Every box links to the recipe book. For meal prep, pick the recipe and how many meals it makes on the day you cook it; any later meal with that name uses one portion per person eating it (two when itโs together) and adds nothing to the grocery list. Shop sends the visible daysโ ingredients to the grocery list, scaled up when the same meal appears on more than one day.
List what youโve got and get dinner ideas that use it, leaning on your recipe book first. Uses Claude; the first time asks for your OK.
This list is built from your recipes. To choose Walmart, Samโs Club or Trader Joeโs products, open the recipe in the Recipe Book and pick one for each ingredient; the pick shows up here. Items you add by hand here donโt have product picks.
Describe a dish, name something youโre craving, or paste a recipe from anywhere. Claude writes it into the form below for you to check before anything is saved. The first time asks for your OK.
Ranks this recipe against the current nutrition consensus before you save it, with specific swaps to rank higher. Drafts from Claude are checked automatically unless the compass is set to leave recipes alone.
Sets how hard the Recipe Forge and fridge ideas lean toward the evidence, and what your household cares about most. Every health check reads it too. Saves as you change it.

Where the science is still argued (full-fat dairy, protein beyond basic needs, moderate red meat, seed oils), the check explains the tradeoff instead of docking points hard.
Nutrition numbers are estimates from the ingredient list. This is a cooking guide, not medical advice; a registered dietitian can tailor it to a specific health need.
